Each person is permitted to hold only one (1) active Account on the megaa888 Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, devices, IP addresses, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. All Accounts identified as belonging to the same individual may be suspended, and balances in duplicate Accounts will be forfeited.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update this information promptly if it changes. megaa888 reserves the right to verify all information provided and to suspend Accounts where discrepancies are identified. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any security credentials associated with your Account. You must not share your login details with any third party. You agree to notify megaa888 support immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. megaa888 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised Account access where you have failed to safeguard your credentials.
Accounts held by Malaysian Members operate in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). Currency conversion, where applicable, will be processed at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. megaa888 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.
megaa888 maintains a robust Know Your Customer (KYC) process to comply with applicable anti-money laundering obligations, protect the integrity of the Platform, and safeguard the interests of all Members. KYC verification may be required in the following circumstances:
Acceptable KYC documentation typically includes, but is not limited to: valid national identity card (MyKad), valid passport, proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 3 months), and documentation confirming ownership of the payment method used. megaa888 reserves the right to request additional documentation as required.
Members should allow up to 48 hours for KYC document review following submission. Withdrawal requests will remain on hold until verification is satisfactorily completed. megaa888 will not process withdrawals to unverified Accounts for transactions above the minimum KYC threshold.
By accessing and using the megaa888 Platform, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:
megaa888 reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate in response to prohibited conduct, including immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities.
megaa888 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Malaysian Members:
All deposits must be made from payment accounts or instruments that are registered in your own name. megaa888 does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party will be returned to the source and the associated Account may be suspended pending investigation. Processing fees, if any, are applied by the respective payment provider and are the responsibility of the Member.
Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the Deposit page at the time of transaction. megaa888 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time. Members enrolled in responsible gambling deposit limit programmes will have their custom limits applied in addition to platform minimums and maximums.
megaa888 is not responsible for deposit failures arising from technical issues on the part of the payment provider, insufficient funds, or network failures. If a deposit fails but your account has been debited, please contact our support team at [email protected] with your transaction reference for investigation.
Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with the following policy:
megaa888 targets withdrawal processing within 5–15 minutes for verified Accounts using e-wallet and FPX methods. Bank transfers may take up to 30 minutes depending on the receiving institution. These are target timeframes, not contractual guarantees. Actual processing times may vary during peak periods or where additional review is required.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible, subject to any applicable minimum or maximum limits imposed by the payment provider. megaa888 reserves the right to conduct additional verification before processing any withdrawal request.
Winnings derived from Bonus Funds are only eligible for withdrawal once all applicable wagering requirements have been fully met. Any attempt to withdraw Bonus Fund balances before wagering requirements are satisfied will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
megaa888 reserves the right to refuse or reverse a withdrawal request under the following circumstances: pending KYC verification, reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or requirement to comply with applicable legal obligations.

RNG systems are independently audited to ensure fairness and unpredictability. megaa888 does not interfere with, manipulate, or influence game outcomes. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the outcome of that round shall be void and any associated wagers will be refunded.

megaa888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its reasonable discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Where an Account is closed by megaa888 for a breach of these Terms, any Account balance may be forfeited at megaa888's discretion. Where an Account is closed for any other reason, the remaining real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Member via the original deposit method, subject to KYC completion and applicable processing fees.
A Member wishing to voluntarily close their Account should contact our support team at [email protected]. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.
All content, materials, software, graphics, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property displayed on the megaa888 Platform are the exclusive property of megaa888 or its licensed content partners. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence or right to use any intellectual property owned by megaa888 without express prior written consent.

megaa888 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. megaa888 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content on the Platform.
In jurisdictions where limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages is not permitted, megaa888's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. In all cases, megaa888's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account during the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
megaa888 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account and using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Your continued use of the megaa888 Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should cease using the Platform and close your Account in accordance with the process described in Section 12.
The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this document reflects the date on which the most recent revision was published. We encourage Members to review this document periodically.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. In the event of a dispute between a Member and megaa888 that cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.
Any formal dispute that cannot be resolved through negotiation shall be subject to binding arbitration proceedings conducted in the English language. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.
Nothing in this clause prevents megaa888 from seeking urgent interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights, enforce confidentiality obligations, or prevent irreparable harm.
